Depending on the total value of your order, please deposit the full amount into our company’s bank account. Once the payment is received, we will proceed with the shipment of your products.
Important: The depositor’s name and the order number must be indicated on the deposit slip as a reference.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please send the deposit slip to info@hionidis.com, or by fax at +30 2310 261410, or inform us by phone at +30 2310 250585 once the transfer is completed.
When you place an order and choose bank transfer as the payment method, we reserve the ordered products for you until payment is completed. If the payment is not received within 5 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.
If you make a transfer via web banking from a bank other than the ones cooperating with our company, your bank may charge you transaction fees. In such cases, all transaction fees from both banks are the responsibility of the customer.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment for your order is made upon delivery, directly to the courier company that delivers your order. The cash on delivery service carries a fee of €1.50.
Note: This service is available for deliveries within Greece only.
