RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. All returns must be sent via registered mail. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the receipt and all shipping details for reference to track the return and avoid delays.

2. Free Returns
Returns for product exchanges are free of charge within Greece and the European Union, provided that the courier service we recommend is used.

3. Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and perfumes cannot be returned.

4. Inspection Upon Receipt
Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery and report any defects or damages caused during transit on the same day or the following day at the latest. After this period, the product is considered the property of the customer.

5. Return Procedure

1. Send an email to customerservice@hionidis.com to notify us of your return.
2. Contact our partner courier ACS to schedule a pickup of the items you wish to return. Alternatively, you may use another courier service, but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. If the return is made through a courier other than the one we recommend, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Conditions for Returns

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Products must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (dustbags, hangers, cases, etc.).
• Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, with soles in excellent condition.
• For defective or incorrect products, photographic evidence is required before the return is approved.
• Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
• The online store will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs, if the above conditions are met.

7. Return Methods

• Store Credit: The customer receives a code equivalent to the value of the returned items, which can be used for a future order within 3 months. It can be used once and only for an order of equal or greater value.
  Refund: After inspection of the returned products, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

–  Credit Card: The amount appears on the account in approximately 10 days (depending on the bank).
–  PayPal: The amount appears in the account within 48 hours of refund confirmation.
–  Cash on Delivery (COD): The amount is refunded via bank transfer to the account you provide.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the return request.
• For order cancellations before shipment, refunds will be processed within 3 days.

8. Return Shipping Costs
For cash refunds, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
