Hionidis Return Policy

Hionidis Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on orders* within 14 days from the delivery date. EU orders can be returned free of charge using our courier provider. All returns must be sent via registered mail. We suggest you to use a trackable service and keep the receipt and details to hand should you need to follow up the transit progress to avoid any delays for receipt back to us.

Returns are free of charge in Greece and EU countries, when shipped using the courier provided by HIONIDIS.COM

*Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, swimming suits and fragrances are non-returnable.

*We strongly advise you to inspect products immediately upon delivery. You have to inform us about products damaged/faulty during transport within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. After that period we cannot accept claims for products damaged as the product is the customer’s property and its proper use is his responsibility.

We normally process returns within 3 business days of arriving at our premises. However, please allow up to 7 business days during peak times. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

In case of a refund the shipping cost is not refunded by Hionidis LTD.

To return an item for exchange or refund, please follow the steps below:

How to Return

For GR or EU customers

  • To request a return authorization number (RAN), sign into your account on the website, select the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from HIONIDIS.COM with your RAN number and instructions for the return shipment.
  • Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN E-mail. (The Courier will provide the AirWay Bill to complete upon pick-up).
  • Contact our courier service DHL and make an appointment for the pick-up of the order to be returned. You can also choose another courier service of your preference, but in this case we cannot reimburse you for the shipping fees associated with the return.
  • If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the client’s responsibility.

For the rest of the world

  • To request a return authorization number (RAN), sign into your account on the website, select the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from HIONIDIS.COM with your RAN number and instructions for the return shipment.
  • Schedule your shipping. You can either choose our courier provider(DHL) to return your goods providing them with our customer code, which will be given to you by e-mail once you request for an RAN. Or choose different courier than the one provided, sending your return to our international returns address below, using a tracked delivery service so that you can trace the delivery if there is a problem.

HIONIDIS.COM does not cover return courier costs for any returns outside the EU.

Return Terms and Conditions

We invite you to request online the return authorization number to correctly fill the pro forma invoice, within fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt.

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  • All returns be must received in their original condition. The products should not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged
  • Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hungers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
  • Returns must be packaged in their original box.
  • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. Hionidis.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
  • All sealed fragrances, swimwear and underwear are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • Pick-ups for all authorized returns with HIONIDIS.COM’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.

The merchandise remains under customer’s responsibility until received by our warehouse team.

If you have fulfilled all requirement set forth above, the vendor shall refund the entire price for the purchased products except shipping costs.

You will be e-mailed once we receive the items to confirm that your return has been processed.

Returns may take up to 1-2 working days to process once received.

Please keep hold of your return tracking information as this acts as a proof of postage and without this we will be unable to provide assistance.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense to the vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

Non EU Returns

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

If your order has been sent to a country outside the European Union, customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by the courier provider, by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by HIONIDIS.COM even in case that the articles are being returned.

Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as "Returned goods of Greek merchandise – of non commercial value" to prevent them from being held at greek customs. Any additional charges incurred shall be paid by the customer.

Methods of Return

The two Types of Return are:

Store Credit

When the return is processed, the buyer will receive a code for the total value of the items returned. This code can be used on your next order from HIONIDIS.COM.

As soon as the return has been processed, the customer will receive a code for the total value of the return items. The code may be used on the following order placed on HIONIDIS.COM.

Store Credit can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return.

It is not cumulative with other store credits.

It must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.

Refund

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by HIONIDIS.COM.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order delivery date.

METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR REFUNDS

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for purchase:

Payments via Credit Card:

The refund will be credited to the same credit card that was originally used to make the purchase. The time lapse required for this credit to appear will depend on the credit card institute.

Payments via PAYPAL:

The refund will be visible in your paypal account within 48 hours after the receipt of the e-mail sent by us, confirming the reimbursement.

Cash on Delivery:

The refund will be made by means of a bank transfer to the account you have provided. The time required for the money to be credited to your account will depend upon the banking institution.

We will reimburse you within 30 working days after the date of the reclaim of your return from our warehouse, and you will be notified by e-mail. For orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping (due to false stock data or other technical reasons), the reimbursement will be made no longer than 3 working days after the cancellation request has been processed.
